The human eye can only see up to 30 FPS, so it doesn't really matter.

YOU'RE WRONG, the human eye cant see past 60 FPS, not 30, and doctor heres how to increase your fps, i get like 100 fps on dust at near max now

FPS doesn't tend to bother me, really. I can play games until they get down to around 15 FPS, then it tends to bother me.
