Clearly most people are pronouncing it right. It is pronounced: "Zee" Just like the letter.

the initial "z" with a "ts" sound, and the middle r is almost like a "d" sound - still an r, but like and r and d mashed together really fast. Gosh, how DO you explain how that sound is made? Hrm....

Roker for pronouncing my name correctly! Yes, its stupidly simple, but so many people have a hard time with it. Zer-reem. Simple as that. Eat it.

As for the humor (aka making me laugh), this award goes surprisingly to Ezekiel because relating my name to "Miriam" and the way he pronounced it reminds me of an inside joke I had with a bunch of Halo LAN party friends a few years ago... good times.
