yuo can see your average ping on your game stats page, if thats what you want lol

Yea, go to HLSstats and you can see the average. And watch the double post.

Go to console and type "net_graph 1" without the quotes and it shoud show the info on screen while you play.I have it running all the time.If you get stuck have a look at this
How to enable, control and disable Net_Graph:
To turn on the netgraph, type net_graph 1 (2 and 3 have additional data)
on the console. To turn it off, type net_graph 0 at the console.

The netgraph may be positioned on the left, middle or right of the screen
by setting net_graphpos to 0, 1, or 2 as needed.

Yes, get the ip address of the server and from a dos prompt type:
prompt>ping www.xxx.yyy.zzz
