ok guys i got a new agp HD hdmi video card and i just figured out my mobo is failing so im looking for a new motherboard and cpu and i want something around 250$ but here is the problem i dont want to buy a new video card since the one i have is great but its agp and i cant find any AGP to PCI EXPRESS adapter / bridge card for a pci express slot from an agp card. Does anybody know where i can buy an adapter that will take an agp video card that will plug into an adapter that will plug into a pci express slot?

Such an adapter does NOT exist. You're best bet to is get a motherboard that uses both PCI-E and AGP, or get an AGP-mobo. ASRock made an AGP+PCI-E motherboard, but that was years ago. Unfortunately, you're kinda screwed buying an AGP card when the standard is PCI-E nowadays.
Edit: I typed in google AGP to PCI-E adapter and all the questions and threads about it are dated between 2005-2008 for the first ten matches.
