Announcement By: eGO Council
<div style="width: 550px; text-align: center" align="center">eGO Council and the Community Managers have made a decision to restructure the ranking system in the community. The Council team felt that, as a gaming community, an effort ought to be made to incorporate a more creative and interesting rank system. With the success of the Star Wars: The Old Republic eGO guilds, they saw the opportunity to use a similar structure for the entire community.
All of the rank icons on the eGO website, and the ranks in the Ventrilo server have already been converted. Until more in-depth instructions can be worked out, the administrative team will continue to wear its usual tags. Some leadership have already been instructed to wear the new tag, so you may encounter that while gaming with a leadership member.
The Jedi High Council (Council Members) and Masters of Order (Community Managers) are excited to see how this change pans out. Please bear with us while we work out all of the details. More announcements will be made as details become available.

New Rank Structure:
Below is the new rank structure adopted by the Council team. The ranks can also be seen on the History and Structure page.</div>

The Jedi Apprentice, or younglings, are actually the same as e rank members, they are hopefuls in the community hoping to be trained in the ways of the force (Admin) and become full members of the community, they are here to learn and play, and they watch the higher ups to learn how to handle things until they are ready to move up in the ranks.</td></tr><tr bgcolor="d3d3d3"><td valign="center" width="80">
The Jedi Padawan is the eG ranked members of our clan, they have been taken into the ranks by the eGO's and are being taught the ways of the admin through mimicking and watching, the don't have all their powers yet, but they are eager to learn and to become more experienced to get promoted the rank of knight.</td></tr><tr bgcolor="e4e4e4"><td valign="center" width="80">
Knights are the eGO's in the community, they are experienced members ready to take on the training of a Padawan and have all of their powers to help them. They are the most experienced of the regular members and are always willing to help out and take on missions.</td></tr><tr bgcolor="d3d3d3"><td valign="center" width="80">
Jedi Master are Advisors in eGO, they are the go to guys in the event of a problem and are also there to train the Padawans and teach even the knights in the ways of the Admin, they also Advise the lesser ranks on the proper course of action in all facets of the Force (Admin).</td></tr><tr bgcolor="e4e4e4"><td valign="center" width="80">
These are the DL's in eGO, they are who the masters report to to get advice and direction, they usually work together to make the best choice to pass on to the rest of the Order. The masters look to them for direction and guidance.</td></tr><tr bgcolor="d3d3d3"><td valign="center" width="80">
The Jedi High Council are the council members of eGO, they feed the order with policy and direction, they are open for all members to too seek out the direction of but usually only meet with masters and above. The high Council is the highest level that members can go to to ask questions, and are usually only approached if the masters can't answer their issues.</td></tr><tr bgcolor="d3d3d3"><td valign="center" width="80">
The Masters of the Order are the Community Managers in eGO, they are the absolute highest rank and they are the ones the created all there is to eGO. They direct the high council in all the happens, and usually but rarely sit on the council to help guide any who come to seek help. </td></tr></table>
