Pokemon Diamond Battle Tower Single Battle Team

I have been going through the Battle Tower in Diamond, and I have noticed that I keep losing on the 15th or 16th opponent, so I have been looking for a good team. I would like to incorporate a Lucario with these stats:

Adamant Nature
Moves:
Close Combat
Flash Cannon
Brick Break (Thinking about swapping for Stone Edge)
Swords Dance

Ability: Inner Focus

EVs (@Lvl 50)
Attack: 140
Defense: 88
Sp. Atk: 130
Sp. Def: 89
Speed: 115

BTW: Outside of the Battle Tower, it is Lvl 100.

I would run a set like Swords Dance, Close Combat, ExtremeSpeed and Crunch. Flash Cannon affords essentially no type coverage and, though it gets STAB, Crunch is almost always preferable since it hits a lot of SE. ExtremeSpeed is just great. As for EVs I'm sure you don't want to start your Lucario over but I wouldn't invest anything in any stats except attack and speed. your level 100 EVs would then be 252 Atk/4 SpD/252 Spe. I'm assuming what you posted as your EVs are your Lucario's raw stats?

I never really went to battle tower i was more PvE then PVP but Yeh my favorite was alzakazam

Some other Pokemon I use are:

Garchomp with Crunch, Dragon Claw, Earthquake, and Dig (phys. sweeper) Sand Veil (ability)
Infernape with Focus Punch, Substitute, Blast Burn, and Earthquake Blaze (ability)
Staraptor with Fly, Aerial Ace, Close Combat, and Giga Impact Intimidate (ability)

EVs: All at Level 50 and in this order: Attack, Defense, Sp. Atk, Sp. Def, and Speed
Garchomp: 140, 104, 97, 97, 122
Infernape: 136, 101, 131, 93, 135
Staraptor: Will have to check (not in tower with me right now)

Moves: Earthquake, Agility, Rock Slide, and Meteor Mash
IVs: 160 HP, 168 ATK, 167 DEF, 101 SP ATK, 117 SP DEF, 101 SP at Level 55

shadow claw or elemental punches I'd say. your metagross build looks good, but it overlaps a lot with lucario. it would probably be worth looking into either something defensive or something special attack oriented to help round out your team, since it looks like you're pretty much solely relying on physical sweepers.

Try Bullet Punch instead of Flash cannon, since you're not using extremespeed. And i would suggest crunch instead of brick break.
