The title says it all folks! we need recruits! hell we have a recruiting contest going on right now! all details are Here First person to get a recruit and post it in the respected forum gets a free KEY! so that means post your recruits HERE!

Someone sounds bitter. Being bitter doesn't get results kiddo. It's pretty clear that you have some growing up to do.

Okay, I will rephrase my questioning because it was, as you say, "bitter."

As you guys know, there are some of us that don't have time to recruit, don't want to recruit, or don't care enough to recruit, but still want to be active on the community level. In terms of standing in the community and leadership, do these players receive some sort of negative feedback for not contributing to the association constantly? Do we receive punishments in terms of social standing such as alienation, or something extreme like getting banned? It is my observation only, but from what I have seen around here, casual players seem to be considered sub-par somehow. Simply put, what I'm asking is that do you have to strive to be a contributor of some sort to get heard around here, or can normal lowly e's like me get answers from divisional leaders just like an eGO or another divisional leader could from his own?

Yes, I am fundamentally asking if you have to be some sort of contributor to even get your concerns glanced at by leadership, or is everyone treated with the same level of respect and attention?

Also, why are we all of a sudden so desperate to get recruits (ignoring certain recent conditions that would goad the community into getting more for rewards)? I am a relatively new user to being active here on the forums and in eGO, and wish to know more how things work around here.

The answers may seem pretty obvious, but I'm not so sure anymore.

us as leadership we dont see every single thing there is, and all of us leadership do have our jobs to do. Yes everyone is on the same respect level when the first start out i mean we only gather a little information on what your name is, time zone ext. but the chances of a member being more active, and coming to events recruiting all these different things that you e's can do to help out the community will get out attention for sure. If someone stays quite, doesnt really do anything, comes on our servers every once in awhile im sure leadership wont really notice that member cause well we may only see what he's like for acouple of minutes/hours.

But, yes i know everyone is not going to want to recruit and yes some people dont have the time to recruit but us leadership do have our jobs and my job specifically is to recruit, so yes im going to notice people who do recruit cause it shows they have the initiative to help out the community and i specifically will be drawn to that member and will have interest, however i do have to take some things into consideration.

Woah. Speaking as someone who has been around for a while, doesn't go on vent, doesn't actively recruit (unless people specifically ask me in game what they need to do to join).... no there is not any sort of negative feedback or social punishments. I'll always try to listen to concerns e's have if I can help as an admin/member of the community. I'd like to think any of the G's or O's or leadership could say the same. The leadership is very approachable, and I actually think we're one of the more laid back divisions. Your "job" if you really want one and this is entirely my opinion, is to play when u want, how ever much that is, and have fun.

If you want to recruit, great! If you don't...then play and have fun!
