Agreed.

Also in addition to what's been said here and at the meeting, Anzio lately has actually been pretty active and more than just "8 players average", depending on the timezone. For me, and being in Mountain Timezone, atleast, it's been really active.

I would not go that far, it has it's ups and downs depending on who is pushing at the time and for how long.

Average (past month): 4 (Game Tracker)

We should keep trying obviously, I know I have a ton of time and effort put into Anzio and don't want to see it close, but use the actual numbers, they can help identify the issues, times when it's slow ect. and help fix the problem.
 
Round table was pretty good. I like the idea of a new scrim team. I apologize that I didn't have much to say but I feel that I express my opinions and concerns regularly enough.


Good looks leadership. It was great to hear how well organized and down to earth our division leaders are. I myself have known this for years but now all other people who never really got in on conversations with advisers and division leaders also know this. Good stuff.


Keep up the great work. This division will last even through the toughest of DoD times lol.


Kudos to Annihilator. For a newer adviser you really ran with everything handed to you. Good job on the dope speech.

Thanks for the kind words everyone, I really stand behind this meeting because if it wasn't for you, we would not be where we are, and one of our jobs as advisors is to be the voice for our members. ILL I may be the newest Advisor, but I was previously Advisor before, and have been around long enough to know what our division is all about.

Not quite sure if you took my compliment as a bad thing but I certainly didn't mean to sound like I'm calling you a noob or whatever lol. I was applauding the first 10 minutes of the speech. :)
 
what has been said in the meeting? its undouable for me to make it when i have to work the next day unfortunatly :p
 
was the meeting recorded? I was engaged in Wewo's birthday bash, had Margarita and Peanut butter and jelly cupcakes:) Of course a BBQ and a few beers, it was an awesome day with friends and family, I will post some pics soon, gotta get them off the camera.
 
I had 100% planned to make it but alas spent much of the evening in ER. Recurring knee injury prevented me from walking and I needed help putting the knee cap back where it belonged.

Any notes or recordings?

Nope, didn't take it that way whatsoever, just saying this isn't my first go around as an advisor.
