Razer Deathadder or Logitech G500?

I recently bought the Mionix Naos 3200 and it was pretty nice, but it didn't quite fit my hand right. So I've been looking at the G500 and the Deathadder but I can't decide which one to buy. I mostly play shooters like Battlefield 3, Killing Floor, or Bad Company 2 and I have pretty big hands so if you guys have any advice for me on which one I should buy, I'd greatly appreciate it.

They're both around the same price point, and they're both fairly large mice; I'm not a huge fan of most Razer products on the basis that they tend to be overpriced for no apparent reason, but the Deathadder seems to be fairly on-point for its price-to-features 'ratio'.

IMHO the G500 combines the best of the Logitech G5 with their MX518 (both mouses I've used and loved). I've only handled the Deathadder in-stores, and I honestly think that the G500 feels a lot more comfortable even after prolonged use, too. The buttons on the Deathadder can be a hassle to click down on mid-combat.
 
I have the deathadder. It is a great mouse with very easy to use software that allows for a lot of configuring. I would recommend it.

Razer makes the best mice there are, that is why they cost what they do. Cheap mice are cheap. I'll pay 10 more dollars for a mouse that is 3 times as good.

get the deathadder.
 
The G500 is VERY picky about the surface you use it on *no cloth mouse pads, hard surface pads*, but I like it regardless. Prefect replacement for my G5. Worth the money in my opinion.

Both mice are good choices.
 
I have seen the Deathadder around a few computer shops and i think that it is really cool. But I have a regular Microsoft mouse and keyboard combo and they work as good as a gaming mouse. I might save up for the Deathadder and a gaming keyboard but idk yet. :)
 
Though I have never used a Deathadder(I use a naga), I can definitely say from experience that Razor mice are very smooth and easy to use. Mine is very responsive and fits my hand well.
 
I have both... the deathadder fits in my hands better, but the g500 is a better mouse in my own opinion. I love the fact that you can change the weight of the g500, and I cant live without the continuous scroll wheel feature!!

I use the razer mamba. Love it, one of the best purchases I've made.

Very similar to the adder but optional wireless, max dpi of 5600, 2 extra buttons.

The two buttons come in handy as I like to change dpi on the fly in BF3. Low and stable for precision aim, up high and fast if tank gunner or soflam to cover more ground.
