Basketball Tournament: How did we do?

I think it was great fun. The only thing I can say is maybe trying 3v3 next time, so subs aren't so useless?

If it was 3v3 then you'd be able to have 4 or 5 people per team so it still allows for subs. Subs are there for if one of your players finds out that they can't make it, but you're not required to be a sub or have a sub.

I thought it was pretty good a few things that could have been done better like making a final decision on who is versing who

I suggest that next time you should form you're own team.

And we plan on making our next tournament at least a month ahead of time, so scheduling will be more strict, more teams can get in, and no more last second team making.
