As to the original question, I don't think there is really anyway to restrict the use of this combination, and wouldn't it violate our server agreement with EA to try and do so?

To my understanding you arent allowed to ban people for using weapons but you can kick people if they are abusing a glitch in game (not saying that i am going to do it) but technically you could according to eGO rules
