To my understanding you arent allowed to ban people for using weapons but you can kick people if they are abusing a glitch in game (not saying that i am going to do it) but technically you could according to eGO rules

I already proposed this. We can't possibly monitor everyone using it.

I should hope I can trust all the members of eGO to have enough integrity to not use this glitch. It is nigh impossible to admin but if it is getting to the point of server disruption we can always remove the person for server disruption.

its not really a big deal, we beat vert and Cookie's team yesterday while half of their team was either using as sks or m26. You just have to be more careful around corners and watch your back, the gun is no different than a M98B with a suppersor and 3.4 scope. People just need to get used to it.
