Admins for Servers?

Not to put too fine of a point on it, but what can one do to become an admin on one specific server? I play on it all the time and am constantly having to remind people of eGO rules. Unfortunately, I'm also often on when no admin is.

Basically, I joined eGO cos I love the maturity and respect. I want to help enforce it. I'm also very much the new guy, so I thought I'd throw that ball out there and see what the response was.

As an e, your job isn't to admin, rather to hang out with your fellow eGO members (as everyone does). Once you get promoted, you gradually gain admin privileges. Just hang out, have fun, and if you need to, find an admin on ventrilo. There are few hours that there won't be SOME KIND of admin on vent.

What time are you usually on? I have access to steam almost all the time. You should add me I'd be more than happy to get on and admin a bit if it's needed.

As far as getting admin yourself. It will come eventually. For now I'd say just enjoy yourself.

Steam ID is same as forum name with the eGO tag in front.

Just have fun, and warn when it's necessary. It's not your job, so don't feel obligated to do it, though.

While I agree with the previous posts, an e's job is not only to have fun and hang out, but also (as you have done) to warn people, and if they continue, find an admin in vent that can help.

There's almost always one admin or advisor in the BF ventrilo channel that can help.

Rank will come with activity and time. The more you hang around, the more you'll get noticed, and the faster you'll rank! It's great that you are forum active as well as in-game active. That'll get you noticed. It's also good that you are warning people (just remember to leave the admining to the eG's and eGO's when they're in there with you , unless they're slackers and aren't doing their jobs!)

Couldnt have said it better!!!! You can always msg me on battlelog and ill come help. You doing a great job admining and keep doing that. Just warn people and if the situation gets out of hand, come find an admin.
