Tactical shooter?

[Netsky]

Anyone know a good tactical shooter or mod whit a strong community?
Since insurgency died out i stil havent found one which gets to the same tactical lvl off gameplay.
Dont say arma2 or battlefield 3 i like those games but there just based on vehicle spamming and counter vehicle spamming.
Red orchestra 2 its community aint big enough.
Any other suggestion?

if it doesnt have to be a PC game, SOCOM 4, or Ghost Recon Online, or GR: Future Soldier
