TF2 has an actual story? Mind = blown. It's amazing how every Valve game has an intricate and crazy story, but none of them are in-your-face apparent.

I honestly think that this is just a huge coincidence. I highly doubt Ubisoft would do such a thing. (Despite the fact that they derive a lot from other sources for their games.)

I'm not saying I'm biased here, I'm just saying that in my own opinion, I think Ubisoft didn't infringe anything.
