Ranking/Stats System

Is the stats/ranking system down? I've been checking everyday for a while and Gary's been on the no.1 slot for some time. Is that right? Everyone else's working?

Rank 23 on the stats page for me but i've not been playing much due to work so i'm surprised its not gone down.
