Simple question, hopefully with a simple answer lol.

Plain and simple it wont happen. The people who are picked to take those positions are picked carefully. Its the people who have the most experience and have been around for a while. The people who have the ability to excel in the leadership category are given the task of running a house. Leading by example gets you noticed. Only =(eGO)= rank players run the houses. To make one though you would need to get exclusive permission from the council, BUT the house situation is just fine right now and another house will not be brought out anytime soon. Be a leader in the server, do what the people higher up do. Watch and learn from them. Thats why they are there.
