Chat window

I've seen on so many videos this different chat window(different than mine at least). Mine it's always on top left of the screen, but I've seen that some people has one that pop up at right middle of the screen. Let me show you with a screenshot I took from a video.

That's the chatbox or window(whatever lol) I'd like to know why I don't have

The game was like this before the first big patch.

I think it was the console or something.

In beta and before the first patch the chat window was in that location. After the patch they moved it to the top left.

There was a patch before the one they just released? Had no idea lol. That explains everything! Thanks

Yeah there's been at least 3 patches since the game was released.

Lol and yes, that's where the chat box used to be. It was awful. Wasn't even transparent in the beginning, so you couldn't see crap, and there was no way to hide it

I hated that chat box!!! I tried to rage about it as much as possible on the EA forums so that they would change it. Enough people complained so they moved it.
