I forgot to bring this up the weekend we got back from this due to my extreme fatigue. A weekend or 2 ago, (When ever 4-14-12 was) Operation Grozny went into effect. Many Russians tried their best to fight off the revolting Chechens. We were very out numbered (about 2:1) but our wills fought on like we were the 2! Most of the time i ran with the most hipster gun i could find (Its a combo of 3 different G36's that takes an M4 mag and has a crane stock. So yeah, its different) but after half of the battle, the rifle got too bulky so i switched to my secret weapon.

My trusty pump action Spring M3 Multi Shot Shotgun! This baby was brand new. Never before been used in a game. I brought that gun out there, fired my first shot long range and nailed a guy (Who oddly enough was wearing a WWII German Infantry loadout...to a Russian Revolution Mil-Sim Game...) straight in the head. After that one shot, i knew i'd love this gun for many games to come. As the game progressed, the building we were occupying was bombarded with "Tanks" and opposing Russian Infantry. The tanks were basically SUV's with people in them except for 2. One was a dinky little plywood car that we deemed the "Flintstone Mobile" due to the fact that they had to move it with their feet. The other, and this one was the most legit one, was a Jeep with steel plates welded together in a box with 2 M60's mounted on top with those MG Guard things. That thing tore through our defenses like they were made of paper.

The battle was coming to an end, and i was running low on ammo. But after the 30-40+ kills i racked up with my shotgun alone it didn't matter. Soon, the Russians made an all out frontal Assault and rushed the buildings that our last respawn was located (my building. My room). Imagine this: being in a room. maybe 30-40 guys. You get rushed by about 200 Russians. Needless to say, the Chechens did not succeed in the revolution that day. Many Comrades died but we made up in Russian Casualties.

The Chechen Flag will fly low tonight.

That looks like it was a lot of fun, thanks for sharing the pictures. xD

Never been into air-soft competitions since most look really really lame and corny but THIS actually looked really damn cool..

I have owned an airsoft gun when I was like 18/19 and me and my gf/friends would go around shooting people.. Nothing to serious, just a 325 FPS pistol. Fun times. Luckily we grew up to an extent.

You guys don't know the half of it. People get REALLY into it sometimes. Like that guy with the Beard on. He's part of a team at DFW called War Pigs. They're some pretty tough characters. But the best airsoft team in Texas currently, i believe, is Rainbow Airsoft. They've got mad skills. But again no, this is a watered down version of Operation/Mil-Sim games. The people down in Cali do outrageous airsoft competitions. But i still believe the Airsoft capital is in Scotland. Not sure, i'd have to check my history.
