Picked this up today =D

I've been thinking about picking up a rifle for the past while now, and today I finally decided to do so. Went into the gun shop and asked if they had any high quality .22's for $500 or less, and the guy pulled this out

S&W .22 version of the AR-15. Put about 300 rounds through it and didn't jam once (very unusual in my personal experience with semi-automatic .22 rifles). Also was shooting clay pigeons from 150+ meters consistently with iron sights after I got everything all adjusted.

All in all, I'm quite pleased with the purchase =D

Nice buy!
I would not know where to buy a weapon of this kind for under 500$ in my area.
Also, I'd need to take a 2-3 hour drive to the range to use it, so its pretty useless.
Only gun I have is a Sig Sauer P226

Dude I love .22 rifles they are fun too shoot and the ammo doesnt break the bank. It's like what 25$ for like 500 rounds.

Yeah, it's $20 for a box of 550 for .22. Went to shoot it today, so much fun haha

I hear you, the ammo for my AK isn't cheap as well lol.

I want a Mosin Nagant as well. You need to get one of those dude. cheap and hella accurate. Trust. Oh and bolt action. Ammo on it is a little pricey tho as well, i just looked it up. But still, worth a buy, even if you store it until you get mo money man!
