Friend a bunch of admins, everyone's usually willing to help. Also vent is a great tool. If they are hacking, it's best to record a demo and submit a ban request. Frequently hackers will leave if they see an admin join.

I usually play Dust 2, Office and Italy. I almost always see Crypto in dust 2; FPS in Office; and Vipengel in Italy. Obviously there is going to be times when servers are without an admin, however whenever there is a decent amount of players, there are admins who hop in and play. Many of them don't even get the opportunity to play because they are busy keeping the server in line. Kudos to you all for everything you do, I appreciate it.
