Have we thought about making a WC3 or Zombie MOD server just for fun? I personally love playing on both. but would like to play on a eGO server. Let me know what you think..

There is a drop box forum for suggestions like this. Its at the bottom of the forum index. As for these suggestions: 1. We had a zombie mod server a last year, but it wasn't popular enough to keep alive. 2. All the WoWC servers I have been in had at most 5 people. Again, not worth paying server rent if no one will be on after a few months. Certainly not with Tribes servers coming and CS:GO coming out later this year.

We used to have a zombie-mod server, but it was traded for Italy due to a lack of interest.

let me explain how this works:
1. Someone sparks the idea that we need a "insertnameofserverhere" ( thats you)
2. Interest brews up that we should get that server
3. leadership begins consideration
4. leadership agrees and puts server up
5. people are excited and play zombie
6. 3 days after the server being full all day 24/7 it begins to die down
7. 2 weeks after the server started it really starts to die off
8. 1 month servers almost always dead and barely has players
9. Leadership takes away server
10. People complain
11. cycle repeats

To the people above me, we had a Zombie Escape server that was titled Zombie Mod, and the server died down in a few weeks after it was up.

It was actually making a comeback before an update broke it
then it got scrapped

Well that answers my question. I was unaware that their was ever a mod server. no need for suggestion if it was not successful the first time. And at the meeting was the first time i have heard about CS:GO. But thanks for the input.

it really was! it wen up like 400 positions and then update broke it and they like oh... ITALY.. and i cried and died a little inside cause i was forced back into jail

There was one thing that was great about that server, I met you and really started participating in eGO stuff. :laugh:

I loved the zombie server its great but its hard to fill sometimes but im not sure if we are bring it back any time soon

Personally the zombie server was my favorite. I also loved zombie escape for the brief time it was around

I liked the Zombie Server quite a bit, there would be some screaming involved but it was fun to play. I am terrible at CS:S which is why I like to play Jail and since Zombie Run was something different I grew to like it as well, but if a server can't get people on to play there isn't much that can be done.
