Advise on beamers

hi,

i've been looking for a beamer for a long time now but there are so many of them that i cant come to a desision.

i dont have to mutch specifications, only these:
resolution: 1920x1080
lamp life time: 3000+ hours

oh yeah, im living in europe, not every beamer is availible in europe.
can somewhone help me?

ps: if you asking yourself what i want to do which a beamer? i going to try to make a surface table and watch movies on the beamer:P
 
Sounds like a projector from the description, just a play on words
 
well considering he is mentioning lamp life in there I would have to say it's a projector. I have no real suggestions, budget would be helpful to know. Projectors can get very pricy for a nice one and it can still suck if your not projecting it on a good surface.
 
oops, sorry. i ment projector. in the netherlands they called beamers, i should have think of that. i think that i dont want to spend more that $ 2000,00 dollars at most.
 
very good projector only if i look at the price in the netherlands, it is a bit to mutch for me. and im done with acer, they screwed up with a laptop of my so i think that i would pass for this projector. but thanks for the help so far. do you have any other projectors?

2000,- but i think i found 1 in my budget, i think it will be Optoma HD230X. it has a nice price en it has all my specifications. thanks again! you have been a really helpfull
