In answer to one of your questions, the roll call this time is being used for several things. One, seeing the number of e's and eG's who check the forums actively and may be deserving of promotion but have possibly 'slipped through the cracks'. Two, to look at eGO's who may be deserving of further commendation, and three, to give us a good picture of how many people are active in the division but don't necessarily recruit, come on ventrilo, or attend events. Those are the main ways that Leadership notices members, by seeing them or talking to them on Vent, seeing their recruiting numbers, and seeing them at events or in the event attendance. But those things don't appeal to everyone, so we don't always see everything we should unfortunately.
