Rocko is back! After a brief hiatus he willl be resuming his duties as the CoD head. Thanks goes out to CoD leadership for keeping the ship afloat during Rocko's absence.

Council is excited to announce a fresh face in the top floor offices. Kevimaster has accepted the offer to run TF2. Expect much excitement as we forge a new beginning for that division.</div>
