Hey all.

For a while now I've been studying Psychology. My chosen field when I was studying professionally was dreams. The other night I stumbled across an interesting post on the net that had instructions on how to control your dreams.

I'm looking for a few people to take part in this experiment. Prerequisites are as follow.

1- Minimum 18 years old.
2- Must not be taking recreational drugs of any kind.

If interested please leave a comment. A PM will follow with instructions on what you have to do.

I'm only 15 and I was able to see me crush like every dream. Lucid dreamed a couple times. I flied once. It was pretty incredible. So realistic.

im only 15 but the dreams are pretty realistic you could have the sense of feel sight hear a bit of taste but not smell :/

Being just an average bloke I feel dreams are important, with out dreams, good or bad we have no future. Fantasy dreams keep us interested in life, dreaming of wealth keeps us going and dreams of failure makes us push harder. Oh well dream on.:thumbup1::thumbup:

i have been doing it since 14 and i can lucid dream almost every night.
cant help tho.

How to control your dreams? Very interesting topic. I've been able to control my dreams from the age of 7 providing I know I'm in a dream which usually occurs while I'm having a nightmare. It all started when I had a nightmare about Mr. Freeze when all of a sudden I realized I was dreaming, punched his dome, broke it, and he ran of crying. Since then I've been able to control my dreams through the use of a reality check. My personal reality check is to bight my tongue. The trick is to not wake up once you're dreaming. Do not think about blinking. It is very common for others to look into a mirror although I don't recommend that. Mirrors contain weird things in dreams. One weird thing that may start to happen is what I like to refer to as memory blending. Usually you will forget your dreams. Lucid dreams however, usually will leave a better impression. As such you may later remember something that never really happened, although that feeling is usually short lived because for the most part, you'll remember it was a dream.
