Sometimes we tend to overlook what we have , it blows my mind that friendships have been made for years on these servers. Specially the DOD division , where I would from time to time log into the servers for 3 years and see the same faces. Even pubs which haven't joined but are regular to our Avalance , Kalt , Donner etc...

I am sure some people here have 5+ year old friendships with people they have met here at eGO. People who , although faceless to most of us make a difference from the moment you get home sit down to play and get on ventrilo to blow off some stress from work or school. It has become a family almost , a routine.

Guess I just want to say thank you to the people that made this happen and pay their own out of pocket money for us to enjoy these games in an environment not yet matched by any other online gaming community that I know of. I have people use their priceless time to coordinate events and activities out of their own kindness just so that the rest of us can sit down and have a fun evening just because.

I know exactly what you are talking about. I too am very thankful to leadership and everyone else who puts so much time and effort to keep the gaming community alive. The friendships, gaming interaction, and all around goodness of the community are several of the reasons I was drawn here in the first place and is why I have stuck around.

I know just what you mean! I have been playing DoD for at least 4 years all together. I have seen people come and go. From Erich playing all the time to him not playing at all. To playing with Kiwi to him not even getting on. To playing on anzio every single day to it dying. To see people reach there eGO and go to another division. Then the overall people that have just stayed to play here all the time. They get on weekly almost daily and play with you. From the people that give you ammo for you guns. To the people that win that game all the time like Skippy. Also the people that just crush everybody every time they join up. Like eXmag , Endgame , B. finex , F I T M K , Mike , Blue Stealth , Xante , CornBeefandRice, Anti , [KEA] T3C 9, =(eGO)=? Sumac, =(eGO)=? BeeF, =(eGO)=? Boyle [Yu] , =:cng:= The_Janitor , =(eGO)=? ikari {R}! Then you also have your defenders like Sniperspoon , myself , Dr.Assinine and a couple others that don't even play anymore. Just overall there is a pattern of people and how they play DoD. I am so glad I got into this game and joined eGO I learned so many new things and I love it!

Here.Here I could not have said it better myself. I play every day starting at about 4 am on and off till about 4 pm I enjoy our regular players, we have a good laugh. The only days I have missed is when I was in hospital 3 years ago and when I visit doctors, I dont think I could survive without logging onto ego and dod. We have so much to owe to our team who organise things for us. Well done every one. Me today and a longggg time ago.
