Well we did have some people playing on the US east server, but I haven't heard from them in quite some time. I would play, but currently I have an extremely old, extremely slow hard drive, and it can't play in the fight club areas without stuttering. I rage alot because of it, so I'd rather not do it again any time soon, or at least until I can fix my problem. Same with Battlefield 3 unfortunately

The thing that stopped alot of people from playing this game is the ping. They did something in a patch a few months ago that made everybody's ping spike higher than normal making everything delay delay delay. There was and still is the memory problem that ALOT of people are experiencing a few mins into the game which leads to crashes.
Lots of problems with it. I feel they broke the game a few months back for alot of people.
I've also been banned twice. One on each character back in the day for 'hacking'.. Their Ban-hammer team needs a lesson in hacker admin'ing.

Ehh I think G1 doesn't care too much about balance and fixing things, every time I play, I see something new, broken beyond all belief because of the ARMAS marketplace. Now I just play the game when I'm bored or with friends (when my hard drive isn't failing me). It could be a good game, if G1 would release some of the ARMAS stuff out to be purchased by ingame money and balanced them. By the way, the ping issue as far as I know was addressed, on US West, I was playing with 50 ping consistently until my hard drive derped and stuttered. Then my ping spiked to 800
. I don't think that was from the game though, just my HDD.

Their is an easy fix for the crashing. I had a problem with crashing but I forget how I fixed it. I really don't have a problem with latency even when I'm playing on the east coast server,I'm on the west coast. I have been accused of hacking loads of times but never banned. I've been accused of aimbotting wall hacking and macroing,lets you shoot faster with semi-auto rifles, I guess I just click fast.

I play it..but now I'm starting to not like it due to all the lag/delay, like afore mentioned.
There's some people that aren't having this problem, however, and play it down in the STRAT division channels in ventrilo. (Room 2 right below the main STRAT channel, or STARCRAFT room 3)

As far as I know, everyone that I've seen play APB plays on the Joker (AKA US-East) server.
