I'm in a German class, but I can promise you I'm never going to use it. Never.

English ... 3 years of Latin (D-) ... Spent 2 years in Germany (Salutations, order food & get directions) ... My wife is a Native American Pueblo Indian (we live on "the rez").

Smiles, Body language & Mime will get you through most language/cultural barriers.

English. That's it.

Other than a understanding a few german, french, and spanish words, i couldn't understand a sentence if someone spoke one of those languages to me.

Primary language: Romanian
Secondary language: English

Languages I'm learning: Russian, Norwegian

So about four.

I can speak English and Spanish with varying degrees of success, but I would not say that I am fluent in either. I also know a bit of German.

And if computer languages count, I know C++, Objective-C, Java, PHP, JavaScript, HTML and Python, but I'm not fluent in all of those either.

Actually, though, by my definition of fluent, I've yet to meet anyone who's fluent in any language?

For sure I can speak 2 but I guess if you count in a learning language.

English+Vietnamese+Spanish (Understand the basics and stuff...)

English with out saying but I also know some Spanish and I am learning colloquial Arabic.
