I feel as if leadership is the big scary guys that you only talk to when you screw up or someone else screwed up.... Maybe I'm wrong though

Dude, CS:S leadership is probably the most social in the clan. If you don't know CS:S leadership you aren't taking advantage of our Ventrilo server.
