I'm confused, are you asking if anyone has ever played Quake 3? Or is the mod Excessive Overkill and you're asking if anyone has used that?

It's yes and no respectively for me by the way! Played Quake 3 on the Dreamcast. Yes that's right. THE DREAMCAST.
