If I am correct, thats the Plantronics Gamecom 377 headset. I have the Gamecom 777 headset (only difference is that the 777 comes w/ a usb adapter, which I dont use and its all dark grey). Still a less expensive (on Amazons site) but a great overall gaming headset nonetheless. I had to boost my mic in some games as well as in vent. You may have to do this as well (just fair warning).
