Anyone who pre-orders the Ultimate Loot Chest Limited Edition will get a Marcus Kincaid Bobblehead, a copy of Inside the Vault: The Art and Design of Borderlands 2, a Red Loot Chests, a steelbook case, a Creatures of Pandora wide-format ID chart, a lithograph postcard set, field notes from Sir Hammerlock, a cloth map of Pandora, a collectable sticker set, a map of Pandora, a digital comic download code and bonus downloadable in-game digital content and a numbered certificate of authenticity.

Oh, and they throw in something called a 'game-disc' as well.

I know. I could almost spend the $150 just to get all the goodies. Well, minus the game itself being $60, but still. I just love the look of that loot chest.
 
Oh good god that chest makes me drool like Wile E. Coyote when he first saw Road Runner fly past him as he was getting ready to eat a tin can of nothingness...

But past that, I REALLY have a problem buying a game for such a high cost, even if it is chock full of awesome.
 
Oh dear god Duct, stop tempting me!!! The only thing that could make that thing any better is if it were to flip up the 4 'wing' parts that hold more guns and ammo like in the game, but then it'd end up costing even more I'd wager...

Although I'm extremely happy to see them do actual physical extras as opposed to the stuff most publishers give you, 90% of which is basically a cut part of the game like an extra car skin in driving games (ZOMG!!!) or another suit of armor that has identical stats as something else but looks better (AWESOMESAUCE!!!!)...

I want that chest!!!! When news of this game first came out, I knew I already want it (loved playing the first Borderlands with friends). Ducttape, would you so kindly share a link for us to just preorder our copies?

I'd consider getting it, if I hadn't just dropped $100 on diablo 3
 
that stuff is pretty awesome, but im satisfied with just the game...and i can't wait for it

i for real, still play the first game. i love everything about it, and #2 has to be even better. i just hope they don't release basically 60% of the game and leave the rest to DLCs. the DLCs for the first were mostly alright, best one obviously being knoxx...which was WELL worth its cost

man for realski i can't wait for this game to release...mmmmm. its going to release slightly before some others im really interested in (firefall etc) but i know i'll definitely come back to this one over and over, just like i still do with the first
