Lag spikes in our servers

Very recently, I have been getting very bad lag spikes. All of the sudden, and I've mainly noticed this on the Strand server, the mics are cutting in and out, the people are warping and jumping from place to place, and at times I am also warping from the lag. This never happened before, and it just started up a couple weeks ago. Its making the game very difficult, because I keep getting lag killed because I cant even aim at the enemy because they or I am warping all over the place. Its very sporadic as well. There will be a couple minutes when it will run very smoothly, and there will be no problems. But then the lag kicks in and people are warping everywhere. Is this my computer? I really am not sure because it never used to do this on our servers. I also went to other servers and they ran pretty smoothly. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks guys.

*Edit* Also, my ping is perfect during all of this, so I'm not sure whats going on.
