The most obvious fails are as follows:
-Not hearing the Support drop C4/Mines
-Not putting down a sensor
-Not using a bipod
-Not checking for opposition climbing the ladder
-Getting trolled
Am I missing anything? Good video though.

Oh wait I forgot:
-Using 12x scope
-Using the M98B
