Teaser Trailer: The Master

[Sexy Beast]

The Master is director Paul Thomas Anderson's follow up to There Will Be Blood, also know as my favorite film from the last decade. The film stars Philip Seymour Hoffman who plays the enigmatic leader of a religious/cult called The Cause, which has been speculated to be a thinly veiled proxy of Scientology. Like There Will be Blood, this film will be scored by Radiohead's Jonny Greenwood.

This trailer in particular focuses on Joaquin Phoenix's character, who will become the right hand man of Hoffman.

Interesting is really all I can say about that... But it has Philip Hoffman in it so I'm sold.

He is a great actor who I feel is very under appreciated.
