help with zelda minish cap

well i don't want to look at lets plays like i had to do for like 2 spots in twilight princess so i am going to bother u guys to find me the info !!! Well i have minish cap on my 3ds and there is a swamp its after like the mountain duegon (its my first time with 2d zelda games) And there is a sign that says i have to get the peagus boots where could i find them i looked around the area and i don't see where i can get them. T_T i am not good at zelda i will miss the complete obvious sometimes. or my brain has stopped working XD

I played the Minish Cap on my Gameboy advanced a while ago, great game by the way, this is what I remember.

Go into town and I think one of the shops their is a shoe tailor. You will know if its the right shop if the guy inside of it is sleeping. You will have to wake him up. He will make you the Pegasus boots after you wake him up. To wake him up you will need to find a witch (I don't remember where the witch lives, I think in some forest.) and she will give you an item to wake him up.

This is what I personally remember, but since I played the game a couple years back I don't know exactly if its 100% correct. Tell me how you do!
