Yeah the chart is for 1 handers. Also, prices have been rising for higher dps items over the last few days.

I know the highest DPS 1h'ers I can find with the price range of like 500k and lower is about 700 with absolute garbage stats. I got a really good deal on mine that I have on my witch doctor, 635 dps, 1.4 speed, 120 int 124 vit, 46% crit damage and 10 mana per second and I bought it for a hair over 300k. Haven't been able to even come close to getting a better weapon for less than about 2 mil.

What level are you? Making money becomes very very easy when you get into Hell, even just from picking it up from the ground. In inferno with 5 stacks of Nephalam Valor, monsters will regularly drop 500+ gold. Plus once you have your stash all the way expanded and both the jewelcrafter and blacksmith to level 10, gear and repairs are the only things you need to spend money on lol

ehhh a lot of money can we wasted trying to fit your self with the proper gear for act2+inferno.
its actually nearly impossible to do for under 10 million.
My advice is just farm act one for gold . wait for blizzard to nerf inferno and then buy the rappidly
devalued high dps inferno weapons.

just found a 1114 dps 1-handed wand. I'm going to be rich if that chart is correct.
