Question about Saxton Hale?

Hey guys! I was just wondering if you guys have the same problem that I have been having ever since I started playing against Saxton Hale in Arena Mode. For some reason, I can't seem to see him in Arena Mode! This makes it really hard to play and I really wanted to try it out. Sometimes it comes out as error, but now it comes out as nothing. Anyone have any solutions, suggestions? THX!
