Do you pay attention to E3?

I used to watch it closely all the time, stopping what I was doing to watch Press Conferences (even Ubisoft's horrid ones...). Nowadays, I just read up on some news that happened.

Watched the Xbox conference this morning only because I was bored. Was disappointed with it.

On occasion, I'll watch videos from E3. I do this rather rarely though.

I watch every press conference from beginning to end, and watch any video of stuff not shown during the conferences. If i was part of the media, I would be there.

I used to watch every second of it, but now i'm only reading highlights, or actually, listening to the Bombcast coverage from GiantBomb.com and reading a few stories on stuff i'm interested in. My interest in all the games coming out kinda dropped off when I stopped being able to afford them haha.

Two things killed E3 to me.

1) Closing it off to the general public.

2) The discovery last year of a line where "professional journalists" waited anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours to jump in a moon jump for a few minutes with a girl.

Maybe I'll read some highlights later, but this big marketing crap fest is no longer worth our time. Lame presentations, third rate stage presence (remember Mr. Caffeine from last year?) and just a big push of stuff that's already been leaked out anyways.
