"How a gun is made" and the pyro update

I couldn't help but notice that the feature weapon of this walk through is a pyro flare gun. With this being what most are calling the pyro update week, what are some of your ideas of what kinds of effects this weapon may have if it is indeed in the update, along with any other "wishful thinking" ideas for when the whole update hits.

Pyro will be revealed as a robot! Or a girl... Most likely the robot though. Heck, maybe even a Robot Girl!!!

There's a whole lot of speculation flying around the SPUF that the pyro may actually be Abe Lincoln himself, the original pyro. Stuff seen on the Capacitor, the horse reference in the Barn Door piece, even (least IMO as a joke) the Secret Diary could be considered linked to him (the joke being that Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is coming out in theaters soon).
