Surprise Gift Ideas?

Recently i found out that my GF's favorite music artist is coming to town on tour in September. I have two questions about the matter.

1. How do you get really cheap tickets for concerts?

2. How do I go about making sure she'll be able to actually go? Before I actually buy the tickets, without her knowing?

3. What is the best way to surprise her with the tickets?

1. Check here: http://www.gotickets.com/concert.php/ or Craigslist sometimes has them or other websites around google
2. Ask if she's busy on that day and if she questions why say its a surprise (women for some reason like to know they're about to get a surprise)
3. Honestly depends on the type of person your gf is. If she's the more romantic "everything is fluffy" type, you'd want to maybe mislead her like "hey go open that drawer" or something of that sort. If she is rather a more cut-and-dry person (like yours truly and 90% of all guys), then speak to her, engage conversation, and rail to the topic of the concert, and say "you know what, i got a surprise for ya".
