yikes. Good news is that sugar levels are very controllable with proper management. And with the new pharmaceutical interventions, Metformin and insulin, you'll start to feel better in no time!

My mother has the same thing, she takes 3 shots of insulin a day. She's had it since she was 14, and is now 50, so.. 36 years. She has to be on a regular schedule with those shots, or else she pass out and go into a coma, if not die. It's rough having that, so watch yourself, and make sure you take what the doctors give you.

that sounds more like Type 1 than Type 2. It's a bit different.
