With Meet the Pyro coming out in less than 2 days, I want to know what you think the answer to the question as old as time... Who or what is the Pyro? Man, Woman, Robot, Poopy Joe, Nik, Or maybe even Kanye? I'll put a poll up with a handful of answers along with an other option. When you vote, explain why in this thread! Depending on who turns out to be right, I'll give out 10000 Casino Cash to whoever gets it right!

Personally, I believe the Pyro is a robot built by the engineer. I thought this ever since the Engineer update, as one of the Pyro hats is the respectless rubber glove. For those who don't know, this hat is made officially by Valve. It also looks exactly like the Engineers glove. With the Engineer update we discovered the Engie had a robot hand. If he could build a hand, why not a full fledged robot?

Secondly, in the smissmass update, there were secret rooms in the map. With pictures in them. Of the pyro that kinda looks robotish ( I know im reaching :cryfam:)

Plus, thats why he doesn't have a voice IMO. The Engineer never gave him a voicebox, and he didn't assign a specific gender, which is why he likes both girlish and guyish things.

SO. That's my opinion, what do you guys think? Again, 1000CC Per Person who votes correctly!
 
It's definitely Fabio. When he takes his mask off, everyone's eyes will melt and then we'll all die.
 
I think Valve will leave it a mystery who or what the Pyro actually is.
 
I think the pyro is a male because the voice actor was a man if they meant for the pyro to be a women they should have made the voice actor a human. And the pictures are most likely a hint to the new game mode (man vs. machine).
 
I think the pyro is a woman, and actually somehow related to the woman who says: "victoryyy" :)Or maybe a robot who knows..
 
The reason I think she is a girl is the pose she makes when your team lose with her hands on her hips. Also one of the way she reacts to after you give her a high five, just giggling and clapping
 
For some reason I don't think it's the monkey - too many obvious hints about it. For lack of a better Idea, I'm going to guess the Scout's Mother?
 
I've always thought the Pyro is a woman. Why? I don't really know. Probably beacuse of the purse on 2Fort, or the various feminine hats, or the "Why don't you give her a chance?" hint on the main menu.

Also Noise, those pictures kinda look like Mark I from Iron Man and the middle left image is clearly a robotic demoman while the mid right is a Pyro.
 
I think the pyro is a female, mainly because she poses with her hands on her hips at the end of the game.
 
what will probably happen is a shadowy figure puts on suit and he/she/it puts a whole city to a pile of ash(from the picture). I could be wrong but before the "Meet the spy" I was hoping to see his whole face, but that didn't happen. Valve just probably wants to keep things the way they are
