Insanely high pings

[NewJersey]

Anyone else having this problem? All the ego servers are upwards of 900. The last time this happened steam was updating the servers....but nothing has popped up, I haven't gotten any message saying something is downloading and it says everything is up to date....thoughts?

all servers pinging normally. Perhaps your router needs to be reset? or your ISP is having issues.

soooo i got prompt for an update and did so. Now no servers are showing up and i am getting a message that the servers i am trying to connect are running an older version of the game so i suppose there is a big update out there that the servers haven't done yet?

I think our servers just updated.

Still getting the same message and the latency for the EGO servers are in the 1000. I guess they are in the process of updating. Looks like I'm not playing tonight Thank the lord for the Simpsons DVDs
