Pyromania update won't begin?

[Captain Killjoy]

Is anyone else having a problem with the new update? My problem is that it hasn't even started. It hasn't even begun to say TF2 is updating. And when I go to launch the game it says TF2 is currently unavailable (due to the update). Does anyone have suggestions?

Change Download region.

It should work just give it a while but you may need to change your download region to Russia or something like that
