I bought a BF3 Premium Code on a third party website thinking it'd be 15$ cheaper at 35 bucks and I got a code that didn't work.
I entered it into origin and it was invalid, and the worst part is, when I told my mom, she flipped and now she doesnt trust purchasing on the internet.

I contacted the website and they gave me a bs response that said, "all codes are not tradable, working or not"
and now I will probably never get premium lol.

And thus, I beg eGO to include more non CQ servers. :cursing:
 
If you used paypal, you can dispute the transaction because you didn't receive your product as intended or suggested.
 
note to self when something is abnormally cheaper in one site/place then there is something wrong
 
Never go to a 3rd party site for anything to do with BF, no matter what game it is. I tried getting the 1.5 patch for BF2 using the fileplanet site,dl'd the the patch even watched as the game "updated", to no avail went in game and no update, tried once more from filplanet, samething, not until I went to the "official" EA BF2 website did I get the patch to work.
I also did this with the rest of my BF games just to try an experiment, and I as I figured had to go to the "official" site to get the updates.
I have also talked to a few of the gamers that I use to game with all came up with the samething. It is in our mind it will not be long, if you want to update you will be paying for it.
 
so you got scammed....just dispute it with your credit card company or if you used paypal dispute it with them.

My mother's from Honduras and she's only recently picked up enough English to land herself a job. Just do what I do, well did for about 10 years, and argue on her behalf.

She gave you trust, you lost it. :(

Sucks to hear, for stuffs like those I usually try not to be cheap.. Unless it's still official website etc.
 
Don't hate the INTERNET because of this. It's just like life, there are honest people and dishonest people and it's really hard to tell them appart, ESPECIALLY when your don't meet them face to face.

Chalk it up as a learning experience and keep on chugging.
