Summer League update interference

Due to the recent update(s), the events server hasn't been updated in time for the match. Until Valve gets all of these problems fixed, all Week 1 matches may be played in Week 2 of the league schedule if need be. If your teams have decided on a match time, please PM an EC so we can schedule it. We can hold matches in-between the TF2 Birthday events.

The issue with the player slots on the Events server has been resolved. Everything should be good now.
