Hey Guys! It's time to make our TF2 Division grow and we need your help!
Starting July 1st (Sunday), we are going to begin a new effort to reach our recruitment goal of 100 members per month, something that we achieved in the past! As we try to help make our TF2 family bigger, we will be giving out prizes to the top three recruiters of each month. This thread will be updated with the monthly recruitment progress and winners. AS WELL (this is the important part) we will be awarding the winner with unique in-game items that will immediately identify them as recruiter of the month. So, let's make this division proud and get the recruits needed to fill our servers!

Some tips made by Kevimaster about how to recruit!
1. Find someone you like on the server, or even just someone who plays a bunch! We're not particularly picky, I mean we let YOU in didn't we? Find them and add them to your Steam friends list! Thats it! Thats step 1, pretty easy stuff so far, huh?
2. Start the conversation with them. Now this is the difficult part for most of us, what the hell do we talk about? They've accepted our friend request and are just sitting there thinking we're an idiot because we can't think of anything to say, well look no further. Step two: type the words 'Hows it going? How are you enjoying eGO Servers?' into the chat. There are two simple paths it can go along from here, path one where they say 'I like the servers!' or something similar and you say 'GREAT! How about joining eGO? We have really fun events AND free admin!' and everyone is happy! Path two is where they say they aren't interested and you say 'OK, let me know if you change your mind, I think you'd be a great fit for us!' and never speak with them again (unless of course they... well... change their mind). To be honest though, there is actually a third path, but I don't like to talk about it because its dark and scary and you make friends there or something, best we never mention it again!
3. Woo, past halfway there! Now your potential recruit is interested in joining, give them the website address! www.edge-gamers.com, its fast simple and easy! Tell them how to register and how to get MAUL Verified, then tell them how to put in their application! Once thats done congratulations, you're almost there!
4. This part is another easy one, just send them a link to the TF2 Division's steam group (http://steamcommunity.com/groups/Edge-GamersTF2) and tell them to join to keep up to date with everything eGO and TF2 related! If they haven't already been in vent with you while you were recruiting them then make sure to send them the vent information also! (http://www.edge-gamers.com/forums/cm...ageid=ventrilo)
