Hey guys, with the recent recruiting drive results, I came up with the idea to make a quick guide for you guys to use it. I know there are better guides but that is the way I see recruiting 
In this guide we will talk about recruiting and its basics.
But first of all, to help you out, ask permission to join the Edge Gamers Recruiter group or ask advice to any PSC members about the application process
a). What is recruiting?
Recruiting is, simply, a way to approach other persons in game or in real life and ask them if they want to join something (In our case , Edge Gamers) by using different way.
b). How to recruit.
Recruiting can be hard for some people, and its totally normal, but for some others, its easier but its all about having the good technique. To recruit, you need to take few steps to make your job easier.
In this guide, I'll try to explain all of them, Lets start :
i). Enter a game.
Either with friends or other clan members, it doesn't mather. But remember that if you have other clan members with you, don't try to steal other peoples recruits and make sure not to spam too much
ii). Create a good climate.
It is important not to rage because Bob is playing X hero or using X gun and that youre not doing good, the important is not to show how strong we are, its to show how fun it can be to be in Edge Gamers, so make sure to be sociable, play and have fun, and everything is gonna be easier,
iii). Approaching someone and ask them to join.
When you see that someone looks interested in joining or is having fun playing with you. Its good, that means the person will be more likely to join. But be sure not to be too much insistent because it can waste all your chances.
After the game is done, add them to your friend list (Ask them first) and talk with them and then BAM!, ask them if they want to join eGO.
If they agree to join, then guide them through the application process.
If they disagree, then dont lose faith! Its not because they didn't agree now they wont agree in a day or two, just keep talking and playing with those persons and it might work!
Other Tips :
1). Ask them if they play other games supported by eGO and tell them, it always gives you a little help.
2). Talk them about everything they might be interested in eGO : Events, Zazzle Store, Ventrilo and many other things, its your call to use these tools at your advantage
Keep in mind that inviting them to our events, ventrilo or simply playing games with them is always helping.
I know this might not be the perfect guide but Im always open to criticism and other things to add to this guide
